This is an Illustration that I did for Rhode Island Monthly. It was a fun assignment...most of the work I have been getting is painting children so it was a nice change from that. Hope everyone is doing well!

Finally started painting the pieces for Kaeden Books...I am having fun with it. The top two drawings are drawings I shouldnt have done at my part time job......haha

:-)

Sorry I have not been able to post many finished pieces for a while....I will be able to put up the boys life images and the rhode island monthly soon. I am currently busy working on a new assignment for Highlights and a book for Kaeden Books....

More sketchbook pages...Visiting the Illustration academy this past week was very refreshing, it was good to see everyone and I am excited to get to work.

I am in Sarasota visiting the Illustration Academy. This is an old guy I drew on the plane.

busy busy...very little time for sketching :-(

I got a job illustrating a bilingual picture book for Piñata Books (Arte Público Press)! This is part of a character sketch I did for them as a sample before they gave me the job. The book will most likely be out in Spring of 2009.

Highlights

I did an assignment for Highlights for Kids Magazine back in Dec. It is for the June issue and is on the stands now so I figured I would post it. These are some of the drawings I did in the beginning. It was a really fun assignment to work on.
